Criminal liability for acquisition or marketing property obtained by criminal means, in the Russian Federation and abroad

The disposal of property obtained by criminal means not only harms relationships protected by criminal law, but also are a significant stimulant of criminal activity itself. The article provides a comparative scientific analysis of the legislation of Russia and other continental states on liability for the acquisition or sale of property knowingly obtained by criminal means.
