On the question of criminal responsibility for the juveniles involvement into socially dangerous act

The authors consider the problem of criminal responsibility of the person who is the subject of the crime for the juvenile involvement into commission of a crime. The author grounds the introduction of the amendment to Article 150 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation providing the responsibility for involvement of the juvenile into commission of a crime.
