To the question of criminal liability for human trafficking

This work is devoted to topical issues of criminal liability for human trafficking. Note that this crime is international in nature and has been relevant at all times. The author comes to the conclusion that criminal liability was provided for in the history of Russia for illegal human trafficking. The author's proposals are made to improve the current legislation, since the legislator has not yet taken into account cases of causing material harm to the victim.
