To the question of managing municipal property with application of the concession agreement

The article discusses the process of transferring municipal property to private business management through the application of concession agreements. Such actions are carried out in order to increase the efficiency of using the property of the municipality and improve the quality of life of the local population. Along with this, problems are identified that negatively affect the adaptation of foreign practice, and possible solutions are proposed.
