Inclusive institutions are actively being built in modern society and new practices of helping socially vulnerable segments of the population are emerging. In this regard, the problem of employment and employment of people with disabilities is becoming particularly relevant. Persons with disabilities may experience some difficulties in the presented question due to the fact that certain employers, under various pretexts, may refuse to hire them (or otherwise restrict their rights) due to the physical inability of such people, in their opinion, to various types of activities. It is precisely to protect the rights and legitimate interests of these persons that Russian legislation in the field of regulating the working conditions of persons with disabilities is in force.
