To the issue of clarification of the terminology in the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation

The article considers two groups of terms used in the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation as synonyms: the decision of the court, the permission of the court and independent court's approval; carrying out operational-search activities restricting the constitutional rights of citizens and the limit of the rights of citizens when carrying out operational-search activities. The author's position with regard to their content is revealed, some proposals to clarify the situations of their use are made.
