To ensure the quality of forensic-psychiatric prevention under extramural conditions

Results of the analysis of clinical-dynamic and social characteristics of persons with mental disorders previously having committed socially dangerous acts, peculiarities of specialized assistance rendering for them have been presented. Information about factors influencing on compliance and recurrence of committing of offensive acts has been obtained. Data testifying to purposefulness of definition of parameters of optimal length of coercive measures of medical character depending on clinical-dynamic characteristics of morbid process, kind of committed offense, mechanism of its commitment, individual-personal traits of the patient, presence of substance dependency has been provided. Providing of continuation in activity of subdivisions of psychiatric service, further distribution of team principle of work with patients, legislative regulation of the order of execution of coercive measures of medical character has become an important compound of effective system of forensic-psychiatric prevention.
