On the issue of market value assessment rights (claim) for monetary obligations

The article is devoted to the issues of assessing the market value of rights (claims) for monetary obligations. The authors consider methodological aspects, algorithms and methods for determining the most problematic calculation parameters, as well as issues related to the description of the object of assessment, forecasting proceeds from debt repayment, determining the period and discount rate. They provide algorithms of actions for determining the quantitative values of key cost factors.
