Methodological aspects of assessment of labour potential in the industrial enterprise

One of the main factors of growth of efficiency of the industrial enterprise, increase of its adaptation level to unstable dynamic environment and ensuring competitive advantages the solution of fundamental problems of development and use of labor potential acts. The information economy, in which the performance of enterprises depends on the quality of the professional activities of employees at all levels of management, contributes to the actualization of this issue. The authors aim to develop a systematic methodological approach to the assessment and management of the labor potential of an industrial enterprise. As a measuring tool in the assessment of human capital is realized labor potential, which is an integral indicator of competence and productive activity of employees.
