To the question of determining the legal status of bodies of international criminal justice

The article examines the peculiarities of the legal status of the bodies of international criminal justice, in particular the international criminal tribunals established between 1945 and 1994, analyzes the approaches of various scientists to the solution of this issue. The main approaches to the determination of the international personality of the above-mentioned bodies of international criminal justice, the importance of its definition for the theory of international law and international law practice are explored.
