On the issue of legal regulation of the hereditary fund in the Russian Federation

In the article, the author analyzes the concept and formation of a hereditary fund in the Russian Federation. The theoretical and practical issues that, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, are related to the legal status of the inheritance fund are investigated. The analysis of legal provisions establishing legal relations on the organization and functioning of the inheritance fund in the Russian Federation reveals problems in the legal sphere and its place in the Institute of inheritance law. Within the framework of the study, recommendations and solutions to issues arising during the functioning of this institute are proposed.
