On the issue of legal regulation of the supply of goods for state needs

This article analyzes two key regulatory legal acts regulating the supply of goods for state and municipal needs: Federal Law N 44-FL of 05.04.2013 "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs" and Federal Law N 223-FL of 18.07.2011 "On the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", their comparative analysis is carried out. Conflicts existing in Russian legislation and other problems of legal regulation of the supply of goods for state needs are identified. The authors suggest ways to solve them.
