To the question of conflict prevention at a lecture

The article considers strategies for preventing conflict situations: transformation of reality; change of personal view on the problem; change of mind of the antagonist. An effective technique for continuous monitoring of the listeners' emotions, and the lecturer's monitoring itself, is proposed. It is concluded that for a full-fledged, conflict-free lecture session, the teacher needs to create an atmosphere of cooperation in the audience by applying their reflexive-perceptual competencies and practical empathy.
