On the issue of acquiring land from the state

The article analyzes the situation with options for acquiring land plots in ownership from state or municipal authorities. The author considers the issues of acquiring land plots through an auction and without bidding with step-by-step instructions. The author notes that despite the elaborated procedure, the acquisition of land from the state remains a rather complicated issue from a legal point of view. The article discusses the grounds for the acquisition of land plots, recommendations for the selection of land, issues of judicial practice on this issue. Buying a plot from the state is not enough to obtain ownership of it. In fact, after the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement and the fulfillment of their obligations to pay for the property, it is necessary to apply to the Rosreestr for registration actions. The author comes to the conclusion that timely identification and analysis of problems will make it possible to make appropriate amendments to land legislation and streamline the work of state bodies, local self-government bodies in solving complex situations arising in the settlement of land relations related to the sale and acquisition of land plots by citizens for various needs.
