To the question of developing of vaccine against Aujeszky fever

Results obtained with multilateral tests ofradioinaktivated pseudorabies virusantigen, demonstrated that the inactivated virus having a number of advantages in safety, antigenicity and immunogenicity on white rats, mice and rabbits, enabling the production of antibodies at high titers (up to 1: 1280) may be used as a highly activeimmunogen to construct safe inactivated vaccines.
