The article is dedicated to the issues of development of future psychologists' personal qualities in higher institution. The qualities determine the students' professional activity success in support of mentally handicapped children. The efficiency of an autogenetic training is considered as one of the active methods of the tolerance formation of future psychologists' integrated education. The results of the experimental work are shown.
