On the issue of regulation of disciplinary responsibility of civil servants

The article analyzes the disciplinary offense as a basis for bringing to disciplinary responsibility of civil servants, reveals the composition of the disciplinary offense and the features of the normative consolidation of the grounds of disciplinary responsibility, and also considers the types of disciplinary sanctions.
