The article discusses some of the problematic issues of respect for citizens' rights that arise during the interrogation. The article deals with foreign experience in resolving this issue. The author focuses his attention on unacceptable methods of interrogation and protection of citizens' rights to personal security during interrogation under a pseudonym.
