On the issue of the identity of the concepts of "invalid" and "uncompleted" transactions

The article analyzes such civil law categories as "invalid transaction" and "unfinished transaction". Today, there is no clear distinction between these categories in the doctrine of civil law, which is why various discussions arise in the scientific field, and law enforcement practice contains disputes on the issue of attributing a transaction to one type or another. The author also focuses on the non-attribution of the "unfinished transaction" to any of the existing types.
