To the issue of transformation of the existing system of world order

Results of the unipolar world order realized from the 90th the 20th century from the collapse of the USSR are disclosed: the increasing stratification between the countries, increase of the conflicts, decrease in a role of the international organizations. Thus, the model of world order which developed today bears in itself obvious signs of the future global reorganization. First of all, this increase in resistance from the certain countries or groups of the countries to rules, institutes and mechanisms of regulation within a unipolar world order. In this regard the greatest danger of the American hegemony is constituted by China which for the expired fifteen years saved up considerable resources and potential and also created own tactics of interaction with partners for the purpose of development of allied network.
