To the question of the calculation of ecological risks of water objects forecasting social and economic development of terrain

The necessity of the thorough calculation of character, use intensity, maintenance and enriching of water objects parameters for the practice of acceptance of administrative decisions on achievement of steady development of terrain is proved in the article.
