The work highlights the issues of ensuring energy, moisture, soil and resource conservation in the agricultural conditions of Turkmenistan, by creating universal agro-reclamation machine units of a new generation for intrasoil application of liquid fertilizers and improving their mechanical and technological features, as well as the scientific and agrotechnical principles of increasing soil fertility taking into account the reduction of labor, energy and material and monetary costs aimed at obtaining sustainable and guaranteed cotton yields (aeration drainage cutter NAD-2- 60M and plant feeder cultivator KR-5-40).A technology for deep volumetric loosening of soils has been developed, including a set of mechanisms consisting of a two-column ripper equipped with a system of passive and forced supply of liquid components into the loosened layer (NAD-2-60M). A device for applying liquid mineral fertilizers to the root zone of crops is designed to destroy the plow base, introduce nutrients into the root system, deepen the arable soil horizon and moldless loosening of the soil to a depth of 30 to 40 cm in order to preserve moisture (KP-5-40).
