The article provides a classification of devices for fractional separation of grain milling products according to different physical and chemical properties of the separated materials. The analysis of the most common devices for separating the components of crushed material in flour milling is considered and requirements for these devices are formulated. A rational sequence of the devices used has been established, which ensure an increase in the efficiency of fractional separation of grain milling products and meet the requirement of minimizing the overall dimensions for their use in mini-mills.
