To the design problem of an automatic controller constructing for the second order object with time delay

Using method of mathematical simulation stability is estimated and quality rating of transients both under disturbance by the task and under final control element are defined for the automatic control system (ACS) with a PID controller and a static second order control object with time delay. Both a point neighborhood significant by size with the proposed default settings of the regulator and values of variation of parameters of the control object the most probable in practical situations are analyzed. It is shown that the discussed method of a structural-parametric synthesis enables to construct sufficiently robust ACS.
