The cabinet of ministers is the highest executive body of state authority of the Kyrgyz Republic

The article analyzes the constitutional and legal position of the Cabinet of Ministers as the highest executive body of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the study, the author analyzed the main powers of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the exercise of executive power. In addition, the author has studied current issues of improving the organizational and legal framework of the Cabinet of Ministers.
