Quality integrity of the creative capital as the basis for innovation economy

The article substantiates the need for a holistic study of creativity and creative capital as a systemic basis for large-scale and continuous economic innovations. The paper briefly analyzes the main links of the “triune” quality integrity of the creative capital of an economic entity of any level: creativity, actualized creativity and functional creative capital. The methodological basis of the article is a structural-genetic and constructivist approach to the study of creative capital. The scientific novelty of the provisions and conclusions lies in the characterization of endogenous ontology and representation of the essence of creative capital as a crucial factor of production in the modern noospheric, originative and behavioral economy. The scientific-practical significance of the paper is the actualization of new forms of quality management of individual and corporate capital, as well as the development of a mechanism to improve the efficiency of cognitive production.
