Quality education - the way of forming harmonious personality, who can influence to history

The article aims to identify main problems of education and university training according to needs of business and the modern economic level in the Republic of Belarus on the basis of world experience. Lack of practical orientation of training program in Colleges is the main problem of education of professionals in the Republic of Belarus. The article is devoted to analysis of measures to address the problem held in the State Institute of Management and Social Technologies in Belarusian State University. The paper deals with the basic tasks of the State Institute of Management and Social Technologies in Belarusian State University in the field of management training in priority areas of market economy. Also the article considers the Institute activities including an international cooperation to forge the partnerships between scientific, educational establishments and enterprises of all forms of ownership in the Republic of Belarus.
