The article presents the results of studies to assess the impact of weather conditions prevailing during the growing season of winter garlic on the biochemical composition of bulbs. The studies revealed that hot and less humid conditions in 2016 and 2018 contributed to an increase in the content of dry matter, total sugar and vitamin C.
