Qualitative and quantitative methods evaluation in bankruptcy proceedings of individuals

This article discusses controversial issues in the field of theory, methodology and practice of evaluation activities related to the bankruptcy of individuals. Analyzes the relevant norms of the Russian legislation. An algorithm for recovery of the debt to the old-age pension. The conclusion is that for the end of the proceedings of the bankruptcy of a citizen is necessary to evaluate the market value of the debtor’s assets as a market indicator of its solvency.
