Qualitative indicators of milk thistle, which grows in Turkmenistan

The article defines the features of the medicinal properties and pharmacological qualitative indicators of milk thistle, which grows in Turkmenistan. In this work, the qualitative indicators of raw materials were comprehensively studied microscopic features, humidity, ash, extractives, amount of seed oil, amount of flavonolignans were determined and thin-layer chromatography of milk thistle was performed. The phytochemical composition and quality indicators of milk thistle seeds have proven compliance with GF standards.
