Qualitative risk analysis in the implementation of the modernization project in the St. Petersburg metro

The article presents the results of a study of the risks specific to projects implemented at the St. Petersburg Metropolitan State Unitary Enterprise in terms of train radio communications. Optimal measures are proposed for managing the identified risks in order to reduce the likelihood of their negative impact on the achievement of project results. A qualitative risk analysis was carried out, a register was built, a project risk map, a risk index was calculated.
