Improving the quality of public administration at the regional level

The need to increase it is due to institutional transformations. The elements of the institute of strategic planning of socio-economic development in the regions - state programs are considered. The conclusion is made that the used system of indicators only partially reflects the quality criteria, therefore it is necessary to expand them to include a description of possible risks of not achieving the planned targets of programs and ways to minimize these risks.
