The article presents the results of the analysis of fatty acid composition of bifidobacterium cultured with cedar oil. There is a quality characteristic of a probiotic dietary supplement with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. The authors evaluated the quality and competitiveness of a dietary supplement.
