Quality of municipal services as indicator of effectiveness of municipal management activities

This article is devoted to the results of complex sociological research carried out within the framework of a project of research the effectiveness of municipal management in the Trans-Baikal region, as well as the elaboration and development of methodologies for assessing the effectiveness of municipal management activities based on feedback (assessment of the population living standards and quality of municipal services).
