Quality of education as a social responsibility factor of the university

The article discusses the need to build an effective system of quality management of education in higher education from the point of view of social responsibility of the educational organization to the state and society. The main idea is that no matter what kind of approach to quality assessment is used by the University, its main tasks are to be effective, adaptive and meet the ever - changing requirements and challenges of modern life.
