The quality of pedagogical education in the context of organizational culture

The article considers the quality of education from two positions, firstly, as the degree of compliance with the educational system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, established requirements and quality provided by the educational institution of services, secondly, as the effectiveness of the educational process that meets the needs of social customers not only in terms of students' assimilation a certain amount of knowledge, but also by the development of his personality, cognitive and creative abilities; The general principles for managing the quality of students' training in a pedagogical university are revealed, as well as the types of knowledge that affects the improvement of the quality of higher education.
