In the study of concepts such as quality, quality management system, quality of life for lack of attention, in our view, given the category "quality of work". At the same time all the elements of quality management (planning, security, control, quality improvement) related to the satisfaction of the requirements of customers and other stakeholders. On this basis, the article discusses some aspects of the influence of consumers, employees and owners of the organization, as well as other interested parties on the quality of labor, which can be contradictory. Shown as the mechanisms of production and labor market affect the role of the three interested parties in determining the quality of work.
