This article is devoted to the analysis of modern approaches to improving the quality of products in the field of tourism services. It examines ways to improve the quality of travel services. The study examines the specific characteristics of tourism services, such as intangibility, continuity of production and consumption, variability and inability to store. In conclusion, the importance of an integrated approach in managing the quality of travel services is emphasized to ensure the long-term sustainable growth of a travel company.
