The quality of the educational literature for Buryatia high schools as a publication management

The article reveals the basic principles of quality management in relation to the publication of the publishing process of Buryatia. The author found out the dependence of the quality of academic publications on the changing requirements; the directions in the field ofplanning and facilitating the quality control system through textbook management; the notion of diversification as an extension of management quality factors and specific mechanisms to effectively influence the processes of formation and quality.
