Grain quality of spring wheat varieties in the conditions of East Kazakhstan

The article presents the results of a study to determine the quality indicators of grain in varieties grown in the conditions of Eastern Kazakhstan. On average, according to all qualitative indicators of grain: the mass of 1000 grains, the nature of grain, gluten, vitreousness, of the 8 varieties studied, the most valuable varieties should be attributed: Element 22, Omsk 35, Steppe wave, Ulbinka 25. A high index of gluten content in grain was detected in the varieties: Omsk 35 (37.1%), Steppe wave (36.9%) and Ulbinka 25 (36.2%).
