Within the bio-psycho-social paradigm a displacement of accents takes place in the correction of mental disorders with biologically-oriented and penitentiary measures referring to psycho-social methods of correction. The research conducted on 42 mental patients shoes that stabilizing of social functioning of this category of people may lower the level of social and domestic conflicts and hence of the anti-social and criminal behavior.
