Quality of life as one of the factors in the formation of sustainable development of the Norilsk municipal district

The article presents the results of a study of the level of satisfaction with goods and services provided to the population of the Norilsk municipal district, conducted by the authors as part of the team of the Laboratory of Socio-Economic Research of the N.M. Fedorovsky Polar State University, commissioned by the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Norilsk Development Agency”. It is based on the results of a sociological survey of more than 600 residents of the Central district of Norilsk and the Kayerkan, Talnakh and Oganer districts and consumer feedback data presented on the 2GIS platform.The authors analyzed the areas of economic activity, the satisfaction of most of which is included in the content of the concept of “quality of life”; An assessment was made of the level of satisfaction of the population with the quality of various goods and services, the degree of their compliance with the expectations of the population, as well as the factors determining the degree of satisfaction/dissatisfaction.
