Population quality of living: system vision

Considered modern concepts of the «quality of life» (QOL). Some parameters (indicators) used for rating Russian regions by the quality of life of the population are analyzed. The distribution of QOL in the territory of the Volga basin is considered. Methods of a systematic approach and the procedure of «modelstorming» are discussed to obtain an integrative indicator of the quality of life of the population in the framework of the ideas of R. Costanza et al. (see above translated article).
