Quality: a modern interpretation of the category and determines the result of economic activity

This article presents a modern interpretation of the category “quality”. Defined its role and importance in modern organizations. Author elaborates on management and continuous improvement of quality. In production activity not always more high quality is reached at invariable expenses. Upgrading of production demands the considerable capital investments, more efficient organization of work, a high level of qualification of workers and other that leads to body height of expenses. Improvement of quality of production is carried out in three main directions: change of parameters of production; ensuring the stability of quality of realization (upkeep of the consumer); decrease in costs of production.
