Cadastral valuation of real estate: deadlock or new prospects

The author proves the need for a special federal law on the state cadastral valuation. It is emphasized that the theory and practice of evaluation activity in Russia will improve the accuracy of the results of mass and individual evaluation of the property. This is shown in the analysis of the Methodical instructions of the state cadastral valuation developed in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, which is offered in the mass valuation simultaneously determine both the value of land, and are on their properties, regardless of the category of land.
