Cadastral value of capital construction - questions and solutions

The article deals with the problems that arise in determining the market value of capital construction (CC) to challenge their cadastral value. Analyze the causes of technical errors in accounting with CC and the problems arising in the calculation of the cadastral value. The author concludes that in order to eliminate existing contradictions requires the development of guidelines for the CC estimates for purposes of establishing the cadastral value in the amount of the market taking into account the recommendations of the evaluation community.
