Human security of organizations as an indicator of effectiveness of the work of the organization

The article is devoted to the study of the concept of "personnel safety". Risks of personnel safety and its threats are given. The authors consider the stages of the organization's personnel security formation and formulate the conclusion that the success of its activities is successful due to the successful security system of the organization's personnel.
