The article describes the legal relations between the subjects and the legislation controlling industrial relations. Today, when innovations increasingly include industrial relations, when changes in technological processes, when software products are introduced into the manipulation of these processes, lead to a reduction in labor resources, the role of quality in managing industrial relations becomes more important. As a result, it is necessary to devote a lot of attention to legal risks. Legal risks are included in the group of risks that determine the economic security of the country, along with credit, food, market, and liquidity risks. However, it is legal risks that are the barometer of the fundamentals of security of any country. Every company has information that needs to be protected. Disclosure of this information becomes a big problem. This information includes the customer database, contract forms, information about negotiations and financial indicators. In addition, when transferring personnel to another company, there may be risks of theft or damage to property. How to save all information when terminating an employment contract and transferring employees to other companies and how to prevent the loss of property are described in this article. The success of entrepreneurial activity is determined by many factors. These are resources, production facilities and personnel. All these are separate areas, each of which needs to be controlled. Security control is one of the measures to maintain the efficiency of the company.
