Personnel security in the system of economic security of a modern bank

The need to improve and develop the personnel security system in modern banks is caused by a high level of probability and the scale of property and reputational losses, the reasons for which may be associated with the actions of personnel. This article analyzes and systematizes personnel risks and threats, the negative impact of which is exacerbated due to a decrease in the level of economic development in a pandemic. The assessment of the level of personnel security was carried out using the differential index of the deviation of indicators. Based on the results of the assessment, four main threats were identified: staff turnover, low, low degree of satisfaction with work in the bank and wages, low labor productivity, and low return on investment in human capital. As a result of assessing the level, you can get comprehensive information about the level of personnel security and develop directions for neutralizing risks and threats.
