Personnel security as a basis for the company's economic security

In the context of evolving management practices, a person (staff) plays the central role in a company as the main tool for its effective operation. The company staff affects all aspects of the enterprise activity and is inextricably linked to its economic safety. Determining the place and level of influence of the personnel in the overall system of the company’s economic security requires significant research. An attempt is made to identify and systematize the basic evaluation criteria and the components of the basic system of economic security indicators. The author defines the concept of personnel security. The sources of personnel security threats are summarized. The key areas of personnel policy are revealed as well. The study presents the main components of the modern risk-based security system of the company.
